Benny Golson, Ahmad Jamal, Charles Lloyd – znamy nominację do 2018 Jazz Awards stowarzyszenia Jazz Journalist Association.

Po raz 23 Jazz Journalist Association ogłosiło listę nominowanych do swojej dorocznej nagrody.

Nagrody zostaną przyznane w 39 kategoriach. Ogłoszenie wyników odbędzie się 7 maja na stronach stowarzyszenia.

Wśród nominowanych m.in. Benny Golson, Ahmad Jamal i Charles Lloyd za dorobek życia, Nicole Mitchell, Tyshawn Sorey i Matt Wilson w kategorii Muzyk Roku, a także m.in. Bells for the South Side – Roscoe Mitchella i Morphogenesis – Steve’a Colemana w rankingu na płytę roku.
